Job Nature: Part-Time, 1 year contractual & renewable after 1 year as performance.

Working Hours: Flexible (no fix working time, on free time), work as our divisional partner with parallel of existing full-time job.

Working Place: Corresponding divisional town.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor or diploma degree.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience.
• Self employed or entrepreneur is preferable.
• Living in corresponding divisional town permanently.
• Good idea about Software, IT & IT Enabled Services, Businesses, Solutions & Products. Practical experience is preferable.
• Good business communication skill in both Bangla & English.
• For extraordinary candidates, educational & professional qualification can be relaxed.

Responsibilities:

• To promote our initiatives, businesses, services, products & solutions in the division.
• To bring projects for us from the division.
• To develop our businesses & market in the division.
• To give our clients necessary support on demand in the division.
• To communicate with our shareholders, stakeholders, entrepreneurs & vendors in the division.

Salary & Other Benefits:

• No monthly salary, commission based (upto 20% of project values).
• Upto 25% revenue / ownership share for regional projects initiated by us on basis of performance.
• Necessary training on business development & IT Enabled Services.
• Necessary materials will be provided by us
• As performance, our business development & expansion in division, it can be converted into full-time permanent job.
